The Rolling Brook Homeowners Association (RBHOA) is a registered nonprofit organization managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and appointed community representatives. All positions are served without compensation, and no board member receives payment or financial benefit from HOA dues or fees. The board exists solely to represent the interests of the homeowners and preserve the integrity and well-being of the community.
The Board of Directors is the HOA’s primary governing body, elected by homeowners to oversee community operations, financial management, and policy enforcement. The Board meets semiannually to evaluate association matters, vote on proposals, and make binding decisions by majority vote.

Chairs board meetings, leads strategic direction, and ensures the HOA operates in accordance with its governing documents and community values.
Vice President
Hamilton Tatum
Assists the President and assumes duties in their absence. Supports board operations and project oversight.
Secretary
Robin Rubio
Maintains official records, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Facilitates board documentation and communication.
Treasurer
Felipe Rubio
Oversees financial management, including budgeting, dues collection, and fiscal reporting.
To support the work of the Board of Directors, RBHOA appoints trusted community members to manage operational tasks and specialized initiatives. These roles also operate on a volunteer basis.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Reviews homeowner architectural requests and ensures compliance with design standards and covenant restrictions.
Digital Infrastructure Administrator (DIA)
Manages the HOA’s digital infrastructure, including the website, records archive, official email systems, and online forms.
Grounds & Maintenance Coordinator
Oversees landscaping, vendor relations, and seasonal maintenance to support neighborhood appearance and safety.
Members at Large
Serve as general community representatives who assist with initiatives and support committee functions.
