HOA Fee Payments

The Rolling Brook Homeowners Association (RBHA) collects mandatory homeowners' dues on a semiannual basis, with payments due on April 1st and October 1st of each calendar year. Homeowners may fulfill their payment obligations by check, money order, or through the HOA’s secure online payment portal.

Homeowners may submit semi-annual dues securely online via ACH Direct Debit through Stripe. A $4.54 processing fee is applied to each online transaction. Payments may take 3–5 business days to clear. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s secure platform. All processing and penalty fees are the responsibility of the payer. If a payment fails, is returned, or is disputed, Stripe will assess additional fees ($4.00 for failed payments and $15.00 for disputed payments), which will be billed to the payer. Homeowners are responsible for entering accurate bank information and ensuring sufficient available funds to avoid additional charges. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and associated fees.
