HOA Fee Payments
The Rolling Brook Homeowners Association (RBHA) collects mandatory homeowners' dues on a semiannual basis, with payments due on April 1st and October 1st of each calendar year. Homeowners may fulfill their payment obligations by check, money order, or through the HOA’s secure online payment portal.

By Online Payment
Homeowners may submit payments securely online via Stripe. All online payments processed through Stripe will include an automatic processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, which is added at checkout and retained by the payment processor. All online payments are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s secure platform.
