The Rolling Brook HOA Homeowner Portal is your secure gateway to community resources and board communications. By applying for an account, you’ll have access to:

• Governing Documents – Bylaws, CC&Rs, and official HOA policies.

• Board & Financial Information – Meeting minutes, budgets, and financial reports.

• Architectural Requests – Submit and track Architectural Control Committee (ACC) applications.

• Homeowner Communications – Notices, reminders, and official board announcements.

Important: The HOA communicates only with homeowners. Tenants do not have portal access and must direct all questions, concerns, or issues to their landlord.
